      Position Summary:

      We seek a Junior to Mid-Level Software Testing Engineer to join our Annapolis Junction, MD team. This role involves manual and automated testing, focusing on creating efficient testing procedures to ensure high-quality software delivery. Scripting experience is essential, and familiarity with 508 compliance testing is highly desirable. Candidates with a proactive approach to learning and improving testing methodologies will excel in this position.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated software test plans, test cases, and procedures.
      • Conduct testing for 508 compliance, ensuring the software meets accessibility standards (preferred but not required).
      • Identify, document, and manage software defects using defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze system requirements and validate system functionality.
      • Perform integrated and regression testing for new software builds, defect fixes, and feature enhancements.

      Required Qualifications:

      • Active TS/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP).
      • 7+ years of software testing experience with manual and automated testing proficiency.
      • Hands-on experience with scripting for test automation.
      • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies, including user stories, sprints, and epics.
      • Proficiency with JIRA for defect tracking and Confluence for collaboration.
      • Knowledge of testing processes on multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux) and browsers.
      • Strong analytical skills to identify software defects and propose practical solutions.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience with 508 compliance testing or a strong desire to learn and implement accessibility testing processes.
      • Be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and Microsoft Exchange.
      • Certificate in Signals Intelligence Analyst Training or similar technical certifications.

      Work Environment:

      This is primarily an onsite position in Annapolis Junction, MD, with the flexibility to work remotely 1-2 days per week, based on project needs.

       

      Job Title: System Engineer & Java Developer – TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly is required.

      Join our Annapolis Junction, MD team as a System Engineer with senior-level Java Developer experience. Design and develop modular components for advanced government applications. Collaborate on complex SIGINT and multimedia solutions using Java, Node/TypeScript, and React. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to troubleshoot, design, and implement solutions supporting critical missions.

      You’ll excel if you’re passionate about problem-solving in a technical environment, comfortable with Java, Node/TypeScript, and React development, and excited to work in a Linux-based environment.

      Job Title: C++/Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Engineer

      Job Title: DevOps Engineer [Up to 1-2 days/week telework]

      We have an immediate need for a DevOps Engineer.  Efforts will focus on DevOps engineering of an expanding collaboration workflow platform that combines COTS, open-source, and custom microservices. Responsibilities will include deploying applications, installing and configuring complex software, managing servers, networks, and technology tools, monitoring and maintaining the system for required levels of security and performance, and troubleshooting issues and outages.

      Candidates must work a rotating pager schedule for emergency 24/7 call-in support as required (roughly one week out of every 6-8 weeks). Staff may charge four additional hours for the week they are on call in addition to hours worked.
